You ll be doing the good stuff: Lead and develop a team of 3 4 Electrical Engineers and Designers Take technical ownership of major projects Lead electrical design from RIBA 1 7 Be the senior technical voice with clients Influence design strategy and engineering solutions Coordinate with Mechanical, Structural and Architectural teams Mentor and develop the next generation of engineers Support bids, tenders and business development Help shape the continued growth of the electrical team ️ The Projects?
