Principal Electrical Engineer You will have a strong background in building services design, excellent site knowledge, and a genuine passion for working with existing buildings, then this is the perfect role for you. As part of the newly formed ''Operational Assets'' team, you will be helping to maximise the value and operational efficiency of buildings, designing for people, not just assumptions. As a Principal Electrical Engineer in a hybrid role based, you will have a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact. Your key responsibilities will involve running your own projects from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, and driving projects forward. Day-to-day activities will include a blend of design work for reconfigurations and refurbishments, conducting site surveys and investigations, and contributing to long-term strategic decarbonisation frameworks.
