      <description>Location: London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | An established and growing engineering business within the water sector is seeking a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join its team on a permanent basis.  This role is ideal for someone with a strong contractor background and proven experience delivering electrical design solutions on wastewater projects.  Key responsibilities include:   Electrical design for water and wastewater treatment projects  Preparation of technical documentation, calculations and specifications  Working closely with multidisciplinary delivery teams  Supporting project delivery from concept through to commissioning  Liaising with clients, suppliers and site teams   Requirements:   Strong experience within the UK water/wastewater sector  Previous contractor or design &amp; build experience essential  Experience with LV design, MCCs, control panels and power distribution  Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations  Ability to work within fast-paced project environments   This is a permanent hybrid role with a London base, offering exposure to innovative and sustainable infrastructure projects.&lt;/p</description>
