Glenfield, Leicestershire (Hybrid Working) £525 per day Full-Time 3-Month Temporary ContractAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Disposal and Acquisition Surveyor to join a leading local authority''s Strategic Property Services team.Working within a diverse property portfolio valued at over £500m, you will take a lead role in the acquisition, disposal and investment management of a broad range of assets, ensuring best value outcomes and supporting the authority''s strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on complex property acquisitions and disposals across commercial, development and operational assets.Develop and implement acquisition, disposal and investment strategies.Undertake financial and commercial appraisals to support business cases and decision making.Lead negotiations with developers, landowners, occupiers, agents and other stakeholders.Manage external consultants, agents and legal advisers.Provide specialist property advice to senior officers, members and key stakeholders.Prepare reports and recommendations for senior governance boards and committees.Support capital programme delivery through effective management of property transactions.RequirementsDegree in Real Estate or a related property discipline.Full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).Significant post-qualification experience in property acquisitions and disposals.Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, valuation principles and ..... full job details .....
