We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for digital solutions to be the Council’s main lead on the Back Office Planning System (BOPS) project. This project aims to use digital technology to simplify and automate planning assessments for Council officers. The successful candidate will also support the Digital Planning Lead on other digital innovation programmes including PlanX, Digital Site Notices projects, and Building Control discovery.Your workload will include developing metrics bespoke to the Digital Site Notices, PlanX and BOPS projects, and collecting, classifying and analysing large amounts of data. You will provide support to senior officers and use professional judgement to make reasoned recommendations on complex matters and present these to the Digital Innovation team and senior management as required.Benefits
