Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a growing DevOps team.

Provide DevOps Tools and CI/CD expertise to software development teams across the enterprise.

Help build a reusable standard CI/CD pipeline model with built-in quality gates, security, and cutting-edge tools and automation.

Stay current on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in DevOps architecture and practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

8+ years in CI/CD design, DevOps practices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Deep expertise in version control (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, TeamCity)

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with cross-platform experience (Linux, Windows)

Familiar with monitoring tooling such as Elastic or Splunk
