Role: Principal Software Developer Location: Birmingham office Working Arrangement: Flexible working hours and location. You can into the office as much or as little as you like. Please note that this is an individual contributor role, which means that you will provide technical direction to the team you re in, but you will not be responsible for the wellbeing of the team; that is in the remit of your peer- the Team Leader of your team. As an experienced and highly capable Software Developer, well-versed in modern software development best practice, cloud services, architecture, and high-quality solutions, this role will see you providing both hands-on software development yourself and technical leadership for the team you re in, which looks after their major flagship product.
