What do you need?

• You''ll need to be passionate about doing things once, the right way. Your role is essential for the smooth designing and building of projects.
• You''ll be experienced with the CDM regulations, the BSA and ideally HRBs. If not HRBs, you''ll need to be an accredited PD or soon becoming one.
• Ideally, you will have dealt with the responsibilities of being a PD - planning, monitoring and coordinating health & safety throughout the design and build process.
• Experience dealing with contractors and other design consultants will be useful too.
