Due to expansion plans in the team our client is looking for a Principal Designer to join the team, ideally looking for someone with a design background or design understanding who has some experience in CDM. This is not a consultancy role, you will be working on a small volume of complex inhouse projects for a progressive practice on CDM compliance and strategy. In this role you will support the Head of Design Safety as a number two in the team for CDM, surrounded by chartered architects and design professionals who can support your development. Experience working as a Principal Designer is essential in this role, even if it is just for a year or two.
