Principal Designer / CDM Consultant

We re looking for an experienced Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to join a well-established consultancy in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in design management and CDM regulations, who enjoys leading projects and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Act as Principal Designer on a range of projects, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations Provide clear health and safety advice to clients and project teams Lead risk assessments and coordinate risk management across design teams Review and sign off on design deliverables to ensure safety and compliance Mentor and guide junior staff in CDM responsibilities Liaise with contractors, clients, and designers to resolve complex design issues Key Requirements: Proven experience in a consultancy environment Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations NEBOSH qualification or equivalent highly desirable Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Salary and Benefits: £55,000 - £65,000 Bonus Healthcare Pension Hybrid working (no set policy) Apply now, or if you d like to hear more, give Max Condie a call on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
