The role: Principal Designer The role is for someone from either a Design or Health and Safety background with at least 12 months experience looking to develop their career and gain experience in the Principal Designer role. The focus is on the CDM Principal Designer however a good understanding of the of the Building Safety Act and the role of Principal Designer is expected. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of construction Health and Safety and have a very good working knowledge of the CDM regulations 2015. In addition, it is expected that the candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of the production of Pre-Construction Information Packs, and other applicable CDM documentation. The role will require the ideal candidate to manage their own time to meet with stake holders and manage workloads under the direction of the National QHSE Manager.
