The Opportunity Due to continued growth, the practice is looking to appoint an experienced professional with exceptional knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the capability to work confidently on RIBA Stage 4 and 5 technical packages across Residential, Retail and Commercial sectors. This role also includes undertaking responsibilities as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act with CIAT accreditation in both fields considered a significant advantage.
