RIBA accredited with demonstratable experience as a Principal Designer under the Building Safety ActStrong knowledge of Building Regulations and design coordination.Experience working with high-risk buildingsAmbitious and commercially aware, with the drive to step into leadership.Confident in building relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams.Collaborative and people-focused, with excellent communication skills.Whats on Offer?
