Principal Designer

A nationally recognised, multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to lead their growing CDM and Health and Safety function in Bristol.This is an exceptional opportunity for a Principal Designer who wants to play a key role in shaping the consultancy''s design risk management offering across the South West. The successful Principal Designer will lead major developments across commercial, residential, and public sectors, engaging with clients at the highest level.Key Responsibilities:Deliver and oversee Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulationsProvide strategic design risk management and CDM advice to clientsMentor and develop the team of CDM Consultants and Senior CDM ConsultantsInfluence safe design solutions across all stages of the project lifecycleRequirements:CMaPS or equivalent professional membership (IMaPS minimum)NEBOSH Diploma or relevant HandS qualificationProven experience as a Principal Designer in consultancy or client-side roleExcellent communication, leadership, and client management skillsThe Package:Autonomy and responsibility within a supportive, growing teamHybrid and flexible workingClear progression pathway to Associate or Director ..... full job details .....
