Principal Design DirectorA multidisciplinary consultancy with a close-knit Principal Design team is looking to bring a Director into the business. You will join a harmonious and experienced team. This is a unique opportunity for an Architect or Building Control Surveyor to be their own boss, reporting to board only.The successful Director for Building Regulations Principal Design will have the opportunity to maximise their own bonuses. This consultancy has a wide range of long-term clients, which will offer an exciting role for the Architect, RBI or Principal Design lead who steps into this role.The RoleThe successful Director for Principal Designer will manage the team to ensure both Building Regulation and CDM risk is mitigated.
