Lead on the delivery and continued improvement of MFT’s data management platform and services.Design and develop information solutions with a focus on cloud and web-based data platforming.Lead on the specification and development of data flows, models, automation, and reports to deliver a first-class service to the Trust.Deliver analytics, reporting and insights that underpin effective decision making; design and develop datasets, data flows, models, processes and dashboards across multiple areas and clinical services.Act as a project manager for developments, ensuring effective communication, customer engagement, and delivering against pre-determined outcomes; motivate others; manage changing requirements and provide alternate recommendations to mitigate delivery or service-improvement challenges.Qualifications
Background in the NHS is welcome, but specialists from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply and bring fresh perspectives to the acute healthcare sector.Advanced technical and analytical skills; experience designing and delivering large, enterprise-wide relational modelling and analytical solutions.Knowledge of SQL, ETL, modelling, data science, and visualisation platforms is essential.Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, web-based visualisation tools, R and Python, cloud-based technologies, and statistical analysis.On-site requirements
