Principal Consultant

Principal Consultant Location: Leicester city centre, office based. Full-time, permanent. Pay: 35,000 to 42,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission. You''ll be responsible for the Senior Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Consultants on your desk, though it isn''t a line management role. What you''ll be doing Run a 360 desk to a high standard, winning new clients and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Be the expert in your sector: advise colleagues and clients, and handle the more complex accounts. Be responsible for the Senior Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Consultants on your desk: guide their work, check calls, candidate management and client work, and help them reach their targets. Keep client retention and the quality of placements high. Keep compliance and records fully in order, and share what you learn from clients and candidates with the Managing Consultants.
