Principal Consultant 3D Modeller / Planning Engineer - Synchro Pro 4D Construction Projects

Overview

Turner and Townsend is seeking a construction professional to provide 3D construction and logistics sequences for projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working in the construction sector with a main contractor, subcontractor, or design consultant.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain 4D construction simulationsIntegrate project schedules with 3D models to create time-based visualizationsDevelop 3D paths to show vehicle movements on siteCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and BIM coordinators to ensure accurate sequencing and alignment with project timelinesAnalyze construction workflows and identify potential clashes or inefficienciesSupport project reviews and stakeholder presentations with 4D visualizationsUpdate 4D models regularly to reflect progress and changes in the construction scheduleAssist in risk analysis and mitigation planning using 4D insightsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards through simulation of site logistics and sequencingQualifications

Ideally educated to degree standard in a construction/design related subjectSC or ability to become SCSynchro Pro 4D experience essentialAdditional Information
