Principal Civil Engineer - Water

Our client, a leading consultancy in the water sector, is currently seeking experienced Principal Civil Engineers to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead civil design on projects in the UK and Ireland, contributing to the development of sustainable water solutions.Key Responsibilities:Leading civil design on water projects from inception to completionCollaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutionsMentoring and supporting graduates and junior engineersEnsuring design deliverables are completed within required timescales and budgetsEngaging with key water clients to help improve water systems across local communitiesParticipating in the feasibility, outline and detailed design stages of projectsSupporting ongoing professional development and striving towards chartership if not already charteredMaintaining excellent communication and collaboration across various team locationsJob Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualificationExperience within the water industry, including significant civil engineering experienceMembership in a relevant engineering institution, actively working towards or already achieving chartershipProven ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within budgetStrong team collaboration and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinkingStrong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team membersAbility to mentor and support the ..... full job details .....
