What you will do

Provide technical support and expertise for rivers, scour and coastal civil engineering design teams.

Support the delivery of proposals.

Mentor and help develop Apprentices, Graduates and Early Career Professionals.

Contribute to Innovation Accelerator program and Research and Development programmes.

Support the delivery of local authority FCERM programmes.

What we are looking for

Chartered Civil Engineer status with experience in Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management; experience in scour assessment and scour repair design is desirable but not essential.

Degree qualified in civil engineering.

Knowledge and understanding of flood and river scour design principles and solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Track record of managing projects/programmes and teams to meet quality and commercial targets.

LocationPreferred: South West of England (Exeter or Bristol offices); other locations nationwide will be considered.
