About the Role

The Principal Civil Engineer will lead a busy civils team in the Bristol office, working closely with the Technical Director on team operations. This full-time position offers a salary between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum. You will manage graduates, technicians, and senior engineers across development infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and education schemes. Key responsibilities include detailed design of highways, drainage, and infrastructure using AutoCAD, Microdrainage, and Civil/Site3D. You will also handle client relationships and run your own projects. Relevant industry experience and proficiency in these technical tools are essential for this leadership role.

A key client of ours are looking to take on a Principal Engineer to join their busy civils team in their Bristol office. This person would be working closely with the Technical Director for the general running of the team.
You would be working in a talented team of Graduates, Technicians, Senior and Principal Engineer to work on a range of development infrastructure projects -they are working on a nice mixture of residential, commercial and education projects.
We require someone who has good, relevant industry experience on detailed design of highway, drainage and infrastructure using:
AutoCAD, Microdrainage and Civil/Site3D, you’d also be managing clients and running your own/your teams projects.
