A progressive, award-winning consultancy based in Cardiff is looking to add a Principal Civil Engineer to join their Civils/Drainage the team. Their well-respected practice is growing steadily and is seeking an experienced engineer to become part of their busy design team, delivering a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects across South Wales and beyond.
The role:
Infrastructure and drainage designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/Flow
Design and delivery of commercial, battery energy storage, water and renewable energy projects
Section Agreements (278/38/104) and technical drawings
Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Line management within the wider team
Skills required:
- Solid experience with potable, surface, and foul water design and/or construction
- Adept at 3D design and modelling using software such as MicroDrainage and/or InfoDrainage
- Water Authority statutory approval processes such as S104, S106 etc
- SuDS Approval Body involvement
