This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware engineer who thrives on responsibility and enjoys bringing people together to deliver outstanding results. You will lead major civil engineering project teams, oversee multiple smaller projects where required, and ensure designs are delivered to the highest standards of quality, programme and budget. Working across a varied portfolio of projects, you will draw on your broad civil engineering expertise to oversee solutions involving drainage, highways, earthworks, foundations, substructures and external works. Depending on your experience, you may also contribute specialist knowledge across sectors such as defence, rail, nuclear, life sciences, contaminated land and ground improvement. As a key technical leader, you will ensure teams have the right skills and resources to succeed, maintain compliance with relevant design standards and quality management procedures, and promote safe, efficient and coordinated project delivery.
