We collaborate with developers, architects, and contractors across London and the UK to deliver low-carbon construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Principal Carbon Lead to manage key client relationships and lead technical assessments on whole life carbon and embodied impacts.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Carbon Modelling: Lead Whole Life Carbon (WLC) and Embodied Carbon assessments across all RIBA project stages using tools such as One Click LCA.Project Management: End-to-end delivery of sustainability deliverables, managing scope, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent building projects.Client Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, architects, and developers, translating complex carbon data into actionable design advice.Standards Compliance: Ensure client projects meet major UK reporting standards and targets, including RICS WLC methodology, GLA policy requirements, LETI, and UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard.Mentorship: Guide and review the technical output of junior and mid-level carbon analysts within the team.RequirementsSoftware Expertise: Hands-on, practical experience using One Click LCA for building life cycle assessments.Technical ..... full job details .....
