This is a high-impact role for someone who can translate business challenges into clear, practical solutions that improve ways of working and support strategic priorities. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and product teams, leading analysis from discovery through to implementation and ensuring outcomes are clearly defined, commercially sound and successfully embedded. What You''ll Be Doing Lead analysis across complex business problems, shaping the approach, defining requirements and partnering with Project Managers, Product Managers and the BA Manager to deliver the right outcomes. Influence business strategy, future operating models, processes, systems and capabilities through strong business architecture and analysis. Develop and maintain business architecture aligned to Kensington''s strategic goals and change priorities. Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions and ensuring business needs are clearly understood and prioritised. Lead workshops to define outcomes, user requirements, data needs and high-quality business requirements.
