Job Title: Building Services Engineer (Principal Mechanical)

We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Installation: Develop and design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for a variety of building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and client specifications.

System Integration: Oversee seamless integration of building services systems with a focus on energy efficiency.

Project Management: Lead and monitor building services projects from conception through to completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Sustainability: Promote energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions in line with current standards.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems are compliant with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a Building Services Engineer role, with strong MEP design and project delivery credentials.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD and building design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, H2X), with thorough knowledge of codes and industry practices.

Knowledge: Expertise in energy-efficient technologies, HVAC, and renewable energy systems. Familiarity with electrical systems is also expected.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities for complex system issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
