Senior and Principal Building Inspector/ Greater Manchester/ Local Authority/ 12 month contract

My Local Authority client based in Greater Manchester are looking for a Senior and Principal Building Inspector to come in on initial 12 month contracts with view to extension.

The ideal candidate will carry out the Building Control function in the Borough. Ensuring that work on site and on submitted plans satisfy the Building Regulations and associated legislation.

For the right candidates we can look at a hybrid working model of 3 days on site 2 days WFH.
