Principal BI Developer

As part of continued growth, they''re looking for a Principal Developer to lead technical delivery, support and develop engineers, and help shape best practice across multiple client-facing projects. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you''ll combine technical expertise with team management and project ownership. You''ll be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a team of Developers across multiple levels. Supporting career development, performance, and technical growth within the team. Driving engineering standards and development best practices. Reviewing and approving technical solution designs. Overseeing project build activities and technical delivery. Managing defect triage and resolution throughout testing phases. Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues. Leading peer reviews and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes. Working closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
