You''ll manage client relationships, ensuring project success and a consistent pipeline of new work.This role also involves taking ownership of commercial performance, including fee negotiation and project profitability, while acting as a role model for the team by championing quality and ensuring all projects meet our high standards.

ABOUT YOUWe''re seeking a

Chartered Electrical Engineer

with a proven track record of managing projects and people in the UK building services industry. You should have:A relevant qualification (HNC, HND, Bachelor''s, or Master''s).

Experience in

team management , including recruitment, performance, and development.

A knack for

business development , with the ability to win new work and manage commercial responsibilities.

Proficiency with

BIM processes , including Revit and IES/Amtech.
