We’re seeking a Principal AI Engineer to join a small, high-impact team with the backing of a global tech powerhouse. What we’re looking for

• 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality systems in production
• Expertise in deploying and scaling LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Strong software development skills, with fluency in Python and experience with modern ML/AI frameworks
• Ability to design clean, maintainable systems and write production-grade code
• Experience building AI-powered products end-to-end, from research prototyping to productionisation
• A product-driven mindset-you focus on solving problems and delivering impact, not just building models
• Collaborative and adaptable, with experience in fast-moving technical environments

• Play a key role in a small, agile team with global influence
