PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT - LEEDS - -55,000 to -70,000 + Benefits

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT to join its expanding team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to take on a leadership role, driving delivery of infrastructure, building acoustics, and environmental noise projects across the North.

As a PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT, you will lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to business development. You will work on a wide range of high-profile schemes, ensuring technical excellence and commercial success.

We are seeking a PRINCIPAL ACOUSTIC CONSULTANT with:

• 6+ years of experience in acoustic consultancy (infrastructure or building acoustics focus)

• Strong understanding of noise and vibration modelling and acoustic assessments

• Experience managing clients, projects, and teams

• Degree in Acoustics, Engineering, or related discipline

• Chartered status or working toward it (desirable)

• Full UK driving licence

This Leeds-based role offers a -55,000 to -70,000 salary, hybrid working, private healthcare, pension, and a clear route to Associate or Director-level opportunities.
