Key Responsibilities Budget Management: Deliver the annual HRA budget setting and medium-term financial strategy. Closing of Accounts: Lead the year-end capital and revenue closure for the housing service. Financial Modeling: Maintain and update the 30-year HRA business plan. Strategic Advisory: Provide robust financial advice to senior stakeholders and directors. Candidate Requirements Local Government Expertise: Proven track record in UK municipal housing finance. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HRA regulations, ring-fencing, and self-financing. Qualifications: CCAB qualified (CIPFA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent by experience.
