This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective behaviour management skills. The position starts on the 23rd February 2026 and continues until July 2026, offering a competitive daily rate.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of Year 6 students, ensuring alignment with the KS2 curriculum.Utilise strong behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.Prepare students for SATs, employing effective revision strategies and practice assessments.Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.Collaborate with other teaching staff to share best practices and resources.Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and educational knowledge.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.Proven experience in a similar role, with strong behaviour management skills.Experience with SATs preparation is beneficial.Ability to assess student progress effectively and make necessary adjustments to teaching ..... full job details .....
