Year 3 Class TeacherWorking Pattern: Thursday and FridayHours: Full days each weekPhase: Key Stage 2 - Year 3We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join our school team on a part-time basis, working Thursday and Friday each week. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, supporting pupil progress, and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using this information to inform planning and next steps.Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND, EAL, and more able pupils.Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and engagement.Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to support pupil progress and wellbeing.Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos.Prepare pupils for the next stage of their learning through effective teaching and strong classroom practice.Essential RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching within a primary school setting, preferably within Key Stage 2.Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum, particularly in Year 3.Ability to plan and deliver creative, effective lessons that meet ..... full job details .....
