You''ll provide flexible, personalised tuition to children who are unable to access mainstream education due to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), medical needs or other barriers to learning.Please note this is a full-time, permanent position working throughout the year. These roles are not term-time only, and successful candidates will work during school holiday periods, in line with their annual leave entitlement.The RoleDeliver high-quality, individualised tuition to primary-aged pupils.Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each learner''s needs and abilities.Teach on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.Deliver tuition in learners'' homes, schools, community venues and online where appropriate.Assess progress and maintain accurate records.Contribute to reviews and work collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals.Promote inclusive learning and positive outcomes for every student.The Ideal CandidateHolds a recognised teaching qualification, including QTS/PGCEHas a minimum of 2 years'' ..... full job details .....
