The Supply Register is proud to work in partnership with the John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT), recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our Bank Staff Pool across a range of Primary Schools for the new academic year starting in September 2026.

We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to supporting children''s learning and development, whether you''re an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to build your career within education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning
• Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
• Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
• Assist with classroom preparation and daily school activities
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable
• A positive, proactive and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A commitment to supporting pupils'' learning and wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
