This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and resilient Primary Teaching Assistant to join The Education Specialists, part of the Operam Education Group. We are looking for individuals who can provide high-quality classroom support and create a positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you ll play a key role in delivering one-to-one support, small group interventions, and assisting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Work one-to-one and with small groups to deliver targeted learning interventions Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote a positive learning environment Implement effective behaviour management strategies Encourage and assist pupils to complete classroom tasks and develop confidence Who We re Looking For: We welcome applications from: Qualified Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or Level 3) Individuals with school-based experience or experience working with children Professionals with SEND experience or background in supporting additional needs Education professionals seeking rewarding classroom-based roles If you re patient, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference in children s lives we d love to hear from you!
