      <description>Location: Barnsley | Salary: &amp;pound;85.44 - &amp;pound;100/day | Type: Contract | Key Responsibilities     Support teaching and learning in the classroom and with small groups or individual pupils.   Assist pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development.   Help prepare and organise learning resources and classroom activities.   Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.   Support pupils with additional learning or SEND needs as required.   Monitor and report on pupil progress to teaching staff.   Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, trips, and school activities.   Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times.   Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents/carers where appropriate.
