Year 4 Teaching Assistant Required - Leigh Primary School Are you an enthusiastic and supportive educator looking for an exciting new role in Key Stage 2? Tradewind Recruitment is currently partnering with a welcoming primary school in Leigh to recruit a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant for an ongoing, full-time position. Role Details Position: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (Key Stage 2) Location: Leigh Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible Commitment: 5 days a week (Full-Time, Monday to Friday, ongoing basis) Pay Rate: £94-£99 a day. Key Requirements Experience: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6). Skills: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to effectively support students in Year 4, both in small groups and on a 1-to-1 basis. Approach: A patient, proactive, and encouraging attitude with fantastic behaviour management and communication skills. Commitment: Available to work full-time on a long-term, ongoing basis. What We Are Looking For Hold a recognised Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning. A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for early childhood education. Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind).
