Roles and Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities. Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils with their learning. Promote pupils'' academic, social and emotional development. Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment. Work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils'' progress. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working in a UK school is essential . A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable . Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable . A patient, enthusiastic and supportive approach to working with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
