We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and support schools in Northampton on an ad-hoc basis.Key Responsibilities:Classroom Support: Provide assistance to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons, helping students with their learning, and ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment.One-on-One Support: Work with individual students or small groups to provide additional support, helping them to reach their full potential.Behaviour Management: Assist in maintaining a well-behaved classroom by implementing school behaviour policies and strategies.Curriculum Support: Help prepare and organize classroom materials, assist with lesson planning, and contribute to a creative and engaging learning environment.Flexible Availability: Be available for short-notice assignments, allowing you to work around your schedule and other commitments.Requirements:Experience: Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus but not mandatory.
