The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Helping teachers prepare resources and deliver engaging activities.
• Adapting support for pupils with different learning needs, including SEND.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or experience supporting children in an educational setting.
• A patient, caring approach and strong communication skills.
• The confidence to adapt to different schools and classroom routines.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s well-being.
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
