As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with their learning, development and day to day classroom activities. Experience supporting pupils with SEN would be ideal, although this is not essential.   Key Responsibilities:   * Support pupils with classroom activities, learning tasks and schoolwork. * Provide one-to-one and small group support where required. * Work alongside the class teacher to create a positive learning environment. * Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours. * Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs where appropriate. * Assist with classroom organisation and general school activities.
