With a strong focus on partnership with families and creating a positive start to education, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed and caring team.Role Responsibilities:Support children aged 2-4 through a mix of structured and play-based learningContribute to the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with EYFSSupport early development in communication, literacy, numeracy and physical skillsMaintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environmentComplete observations, assessments and progress recordsSupport daily routines including settling, toileting, transitions and snack timesAct as a key worker, monitoring and reporting on children''s progressBuild strong, positive relationships with children, staff and familiesProvide intimate care where required (including nappy changing)Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to support children with SENDUphold safeguarding policies and prioritise the welfare of all childrenRequirements:Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)Experience working within ..... full job details .....
