These roles are ideal for someone with a good knowledge of the KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum who is looking for a long-term role and the opportunity to become a familiar face withing the classroom. There are multiple roles within school and candidates will be appointed based on their skills and experience in certain areas, year groups or key-stages. Day-to-day of the role:Assist in the delivery of daily lessons and educational activities tailored to the needs of students within the class.Support the classroom teacher in preparing materials and setting up activities.Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.Work closely with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning material.Participate in and supervise students during school activities and outings.Required Skills and Qualifications:Good knowledge of the KS1/KS2 curriculum.Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational position is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Commitment to professional growth and development.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £14.63.Access to ongoing ..... full job details .....
