The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both academically and pastorally. You will help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum. Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning. Supporting children who may require additional assistance with their learning or behaviour. Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and preparation. Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupils to engage in learning. Supporting pupils'' social and emotional development.
