Long Term Futures is supporting a school with a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant role. This is an immediate opportunity to support a local primary school in Newham. Starting ASAP, you will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing vital classroom support and helping to bridge learning gaps for students as they progress toward the Summer break. ResponsibilitiesAssisting the class teacher in the delivery of daily lessons and activities.Working with small groups of students to specialise in core subjects like Literacy and Numeracy.Supporting students with additional learning needs or those requiring extra emotional support.Preparing classroom resources and maintaining an organised learning environment.Supervising students during break times and ensuring their safety at all times.
