The Role As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to provide support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will help create a positive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed. Key Responsibilities Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Preparing learning materials and resources. Encouraging pupil engagement and participation. Supporting children with additional learning needs where required. Promoting positive behaviour and assisting with classroom management.
