About the Role:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you''ll have the opportunity to work across a range of primary settings, offering support to both teachers and pupils. Whether you''re looking for regular work or a few days a week, we can find the right fit for your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom with learning and development
- Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks and activities
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children (in school or similar setting)
- A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
