Key Responsibilities:As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will: Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students in a variety of subjects. Provide one-on-one support to children who need additional help, including those with learning difficulties or special educational needs (SEN). Help set up and prepare classroom activities, ensuring resources are available. Support children''s social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and encouragement. Monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback to the teacher. Assist with the classroom''s day-to-day routines, including lunch and break times. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
